Does your car show the artist/band/song title? Your car should have the same infotainment system as mine, I think...
Here's what mine looks like on both FM and SiriusXM:
Yes it’s the same system for the most part. And yes it does show the song title usually. Now I haven’t tried it on the latest update since I usually just use apple CarPlay so it could be a glitch and needs another update lol. The reason I say this is because I just got it updated last week and it’s completely different now (it’s the same as what you’re showing) so maybe it needs another iteration if that makes sense.

If it’s not a hassle to get to your dealer time wise and location wise then I’d bring it in. Don’t worry about the timing of it and the severity of the issue. You bought a car with an expectation that it is perfect, so they need to fix it.
And no I haven’t checked to see how my car reacts after the update because I use Apple CarPlay rather than the radio. But if I remember tomorrow when I get in the car, I’ll try out the radio and report back to you.

So, got in the car this afternoon and now SiriusXM shows the band and song title and FM still doesn't show band and song title but it says under KLOS LA's Great Rock station or something like that. And another FM station showed an advertisement under the station name... I still think it should show the band and song info on the FM stations, but at least it's better than it was previously. I'm still going to go by the dealer and see what they say.

Glad that it’s fixed. FYI on FM radio sometimes they (the radio stations) displays ads and other things rather than the song. You’ll see it differently throughout the day for the same station. I think your system is good to go now tbh!

I just tried that. If you ask who’s singing, you’ll get the artist’s name. If you ask what song is playing, you’ll get both the song title and the artist.
If you say "Hey Mercedes what song am I listening to" on SiriusXM it says what band and song it is. On FM, I think it would do the same, however my car doesn't show what band & song is playing. It now says, on KLOS for example, it says "L.A.'s home for rock" (or something like that) and when you ask Mercedes what song I'm listening to, it says what it says where the song would be "L.A.'s home for rock"... So if I can get my car to show the band and song on FM I'd be in business...

Congratulations! Could you share your build date? I have one on order for a February build and am trying to get a sense of build and delivery times. Thanks.
Build date was 15-October. It was put on a ship 1-November. But as I tracked the ship, it went to several ports in South America before arriving in Long Beach/Los Angeles on 13-December. (I'm in California.)
My CLE 53 AMG cabrio was scheduled for the build cycle that began on 11/25. The dealer is telling me that it continues to show that it is in assembly which is concerning me. They can't get any additional information which also concerns me. I have ordered many cars including a 2021 BMW X5 and many Corvettes including a 2024 and they could always tell me the exact status of the build and the reason for any delays. This is not the experience I was expecting with my first Mercedes.
I ordered my 2025CLE 53 on July 30. The build date was November 11 and it was on the ship on November 15. It arrived in Brunswick Georgia on December 15. It was at the dealer on December 17. I picked it up on December 18.
