Congrats
Is it more C or E and why?
How is suspension in comfort on rough roads/or so-so pavement?
Did you get a discount, if so, any trade involved, and did you lease/finance?
How does the trans shift in comfort mode w/o paddles.
How is the exhaust note in/out of vehicle?
How are the massaging seats, and how many little air bags do you feel working in each section? Generally, its either 2,4, or 6 in the lower cushion, and 6 or 8 in the upper.
What are the top three pros/cons?
That's all for now![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Is it more C or E and why?
Exterior wise, I would say it's definitely more E than C. From the inside it's harder to judge since the new e class is taking a completely different direction. While it might be a little more C inside, it does not feel cheap on quality in any way inside, and I've driven S classes (which are using a very similar design right now but much higher quality appointments)

In comfort I'd say it's more relaxed than my E53, which is nice for the crappy Chicagoland roads.

Considering I took their first allotment the day orders opened, I was not getting a discount, which I'm OK with. It's probably the only one in the state at this time... Which I like... I financedd
How does the trans shift in comfort mode w/o paddles.
Shifting seemed very similar to my E53, which in comfort seems to shift early. Tomorrow I'll play around more with it on long open roads.
How is the exhaust note in/out of vehicle?
Sound was sharp. I liked how it sounded. Yes, it's not a v8, but it's good enough for me.

I have not tried them enough yet to answer this but the 5 min I did felt very nice
What are the top three pros/cons?
Pros:
1. Looks incredible
2. Better tech integration with my android phone than the E53 2022
3. Seats are more comfortable
4. More options for dashboard and heads up design (had to add a 4th)
Cons:
1. B pillar
2. The dashboard screen is not as "integrated" as the E53 was - looks more just there.
3. Why do I have to buy my own USB device to make the dashcam work?

Seats are more comfortable than an E 53 is something I was impressed to hear and a very major pro. The seats in the E 53 wasn't uncomfortable by any means from what I test driven but it was nowhere close to my family members' E 450 coupe.
If you don't mind (whenever you find time), can you record an exhaust video with someone or you revving the vehicle by chance?

Congrats! I am mostly concerned about the transmission shifting quality, understandably the car does adapt to you as you drive and when you go through the break-in, the driving style will be different as well, but does it have any harshness or hesitation like the W206 C 43 I tested?

You are a real trooper for responding to all of these questions
I have one that hasn't already been answered. How is the tire roar/road noise level?

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. What do you mean about the dash cam? Are you just talking about getting a usb stick? Or something more involved? I have a car in the same color that should be here this week. I’m planning front ppf. Any thoughts about paint protection?
Thanks again.
