Transmissions are completely different and each fit the character of the cars they are in.
My current 992 911 Targa GTS is a manual, not PDK, but I've owned multiple 911s with PDK. It is the best dual clutch made and is really bulletproof. Lightning fast shifts and it seriously reads your mind.
The 9 speed in the CLE53 is great and does its job very well but the shifts are nowhere near as quick and instantaneous as a PDK.

Noticed that your replacement is so equipped.
Question here, can the HUD feature be turned off ?? Dislike it myself though recall reading that the MBUX subset of the Pinnacle Package is required for the dash cam feature.

I haven’t tried the head up display in a CLE 53, but the owners manual says it can be turned on or off. There are a lot of different display options possible on the head up display. You are correct that the “Augmented Reality for Navigation” is required for the dash cam. The camera that is used for the dash cam is also used for the augmented reality feature. Augmented Reality for Navigation is part of the Pinnacle Package in the USA.

He had marked off the white one for me, but I am not a fan of the red interior. Deciding I will just hold out at this point.

Spoke to Steve ( whos contact I gave you before) and he said neither of the cars are sold as of yet. The two specs are:
1. White with night package and red interior, black rims
2. Black car with no night package and silver rims, black interior

Should had translated that part but i don't know, it sounds a little throaty for a four, unless those were speakers outside the vehicle. It also sounds like the driver purposely feathered the throttle to make it sound less as it does.
