I guess it does take time to roll the update out, especially need to make sure it doesn't introduce any new bugs.

Yeah, I get that. Begs the question of how the initial "bugs" got released in the first place.

Ya no excuse but I mean new MBs nowadays are like smartphones on wheels, like a phone OS upgrade, so many variables can go wrong, I guess they can't catch everything, I will give them the benefit of doubt, instead of not actually testing the software.

Technically, otherwise, the car is amazing, Digital Light, Augmented Reality, MBUX, etc. I can understand the complexity of software changes between different models, packages, markets and the corresponding regulations; it's got to be a real handful to manage.
For example: The Digital Light Projections on the road, another cool feature (pgs 131-132 in the manual) is awaiting NYS DOT approval. I was told that it was expected by the end of the year.

The main problem with the "T" is that it washes off when pressure washing.
