Radio Programing

Question for anybody with a 2025 model year. When you program favorites to the radio by touching the star do the Sirius channels go to Radio Favorites, on my car they do not, but on my 2024 GLC they do. Is this correct for the CLE or is something wrong. Sirius does not know, and the dealer is not sure.

I had the same issue/question and found this:

https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...favorites.html

It may be a "feature" or a bug.....nobody seems to know for sure...

2024 CLE AMG53, 2019 VW Tiguan SEL
I have two other cars, a VW and an Acura which were able to sort this out fairly quick. I pick favorites (XM,FM.AM, Etc.), and from that point forward I merely scroll thru the steering wheel thumbwheel for chosen favorites.
In my 2024 CLE 53AMG, its not intuitive at all, I need to go to 2 to 4 steps to get there, then I'm taking my eyes of the road, (bring up favorites Sirius XM icons in display and then pick, no steering wheel scroll).
Maybe it's simply "there" and I'm not just aware, I have not mastered the software audio features. To be clear, I have not been too happy with the audio side of MBUX, never mind the volume slider and the sound system is simply okay.
Did not buy an AMG for the software, simple is better, therefore to have the time to better learn about the performance and driving dynamics of my AMG.
I look forward to any new information/suggestions or perhaps a substantial software update the brings solutions and not more questions.

Thanks for the information I guess it's back to the dealer. I think all of us that are having this problem should let customer service know that this is dangerous, that might speed up a fix

2025 CLE 53
The lack of sorting Sirius favorites has bothered me since MBUX 3.3 update. I remember being able to sort the favorites prior. Yesterday I was poking around trying to figure it out by deleting some favorites by pressing their stars and re-adding them to the back of the list by pressing the star again and I found the way to drag-drop the favorites list. I hope the below is clear and it works for you too.

This worked for me in Zero layer not Classic running MBUX 3.3

Make sure you are viewing favorites by tapping 3 bars w/note symbol

Once viewing favorites Tap a favorite station which brings that station to top of screen (photo 1)

While station is at top press station to bring up next screen
Press3 bars w/note at bottom of screen (photo 2)

Press 3 dots and choose edit (photo 3)

You can now drag stations to sort them (photo 4)

Press home to return to map screen. Changes should be saved.

If anybody knows how to sort using less steps please let me know...
