It's prepaid maintenance for three years. I've asked them to quote it without it. They are a great dealer.

I pay $1039 for mine. 39 months, 3K down, 7.5K miles. MSRP was somewhat similar but I got like 7-8K OFF MSRP maybe a bit more. It was a healthy chunk, plus AMEX incentive. I did the deal direct with the sales manager and I'm what I'd consider "a lease hackr" 😂 I live for negotiations like this.

I can’t speak to the lease terms, but that is a terrific dealer (I bought my 53 from them and had it shipped to my home in Florida), and I see they bundled some discounts for you.

My hunch is that’s a fair lease, likely the best you’ll find.

Where are the lease specifics though? Money factor, fees, etc.? You really can't compare or 'rate' a lease without that stuff.

They did. I've had this car over a year now.

That's been my issue. My "regular" dealer was not being transparent, so I had to shop around. I also reverse engineered their #s to get their MF.

10K mileage lease for decently optioned CLE53 ~87K MSRP. Dealer discounts - $5K. Prepaid maintenance - $2,790. $5K down.

Dealer A - MF around 0.00275 / monthly payment of $1,372. 54.7% residual. No equity on my lease return (which is nuts because that was my 3rd lease from them).
Dealer B - MF is 0.00172 / monthly payment of $1,295. 53% residual. Includes around $2K equity on my lease return.

Sounds like you've got some good data points to cross shop and pit a dealer against another dealer.

There used to be a website that would check some places that leased vehicle and compare them, however don't know the website anymore.

ChatGPT some lease questions and see what it gives you. Worth 5 or so minutes of your time.
