Most coders aren't doing 2024 and up Mercedes yet. They say the software gateway is locked/encrypted and the only people that currently have a MB licensed way to get into it are people in Asia. Your car and/or Mercedes themselves keeps track of this sort of thing being done to your car and could possibly void your waranty if certain things are done.
For the things that show on these youtube videos, you need to already have Digital Headlights, my car only has regular LED headlights. To add something like Active Cruise Control, you need to change the buttons on the steering wheel. There are a few minor things that can be done, but again, it will get logged.
This is one guy folklore. Named ninja, as he can't do because traces is about his doing, so when you will get hacked as he hacked my website or when you loose all your work or credit card details, those can be tracked to ninja. This is his meaning about "you'l get traced if you use Asia coders. Ninja use Chinese spybots and those can always be traced back.
This is never happening in Singapore as it's like 86 years ahead of Europe multiplied by USA ... imagine where is Nigeria.

If you don't like code your car, keep as stock, it is ok. But coding done by us will never void car wrty, we start this business from 2010, so far never heard any of my customer share with us his car wrty voided because of our coding job. A keep quiet for a period, as he trying to catch up, but A feels not that easy. Then A claim: people who can do S is illegal and will void car wrty, and tool used by B is a ****, but never give any proof or evidence, just by his big mouth. Then his follower starts to spread his statement, without any thinking, proof or evidence. and Now A was banned in this forum, but rumor is easy spread, but hard to put out.

I was simply stating things that I've heard, and one of those things is that it could "possibly" void the warranty. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. I'm not spreading any rumors.
