Replacing whelels/tires

Good question. If they're talking about selling the OEM wheels...unless they are the 20" AMG multispoke Y-design black wheels or the even better forged wheels, no one is going to buy them.
As for the OEM tires, my wife sold her OEM summer performance tires (she bought a new set of A/S Michelins before taking delivery since it snows up here in Mass), and we sold the OEM set on facebook Marketplace within 2 months for $850 (the rear pair sold almost immediately since they also fit the C63).
