You might not be getting much response because these questions have been answered before here. Trying doing a search and you'll find tons of info on your very questions.

I would think that you might need to change your springs and shocks first. I have H&R springs and Koni shocks in my car and for me personally, the car ride is pretty stiff. Another options would be to have Bilstein shocks or Eibach springs. Once you have the springs and shocks installed and you still think the car rolls too much then you might opt to have sway bars (I have one for sale if you are interested) for your car.
You might want to change the shocks if you change the springs. If you don't, the shocks might wear off pretty fast which would make you buy another set of shocks anyway. Also, if you change the shocks and springs at the same time, you only have to do the alignment once.
Hope this helps.

HR Cup Kit
I have the cup kit installed on my clk. rides very low, and cornering is very nice w/o any body roll. the ride is definately alot rougher, but the drop and cornering ability make up for comfort you will sacrifice.

swaybars
As far as swaybars, I wish someone in the US stocked them or made them for our cars. I have seen a CLK with Wiechers strut bars but as I recall the member had to go through a European Distributor to get them, and they are hinged bars.
I really feel as if the aftermarket accessories market for the CLK's is going nowhere.

2000 W208 CLK320+Kleemann SC, AMG Brakes(F:6 pistons,R:4),Sachs Performance Sets+Eibach Sway Bars
Mine is Sachs , the set satisfy me in both drive and ride.
I am waiting for Eibach Sway Bars shipment from Europe.
My suggestion---
Springs/Shocks: Eibach Pro Kits or Sachs Performance Set
Sway Bars: Eibach or H&R
