Who did the SC install for you and where are you located? Was the price good as I know a Klemmenn is about $9500 for the kit and $1500 for the install?

Just an ordanary local shop did the install., no special skill is needed, every thing is bolt on, with some holes to drill.... our car is than other.... especially with its old SOHC technology in our engines.....,, fixing a honda civic will consider be harder comparing to ours.

Its a custom procharger C2 system....,,, with intercooler.,,,, no ECU mod, no piggyback computer.... just a FMU to boost up the fuel pressure.

However, I will fine tune it with the slipesecond unit or a SAFC once every thing is installed..

No. I dont have a 320,. ....... I have a 55,.

Yes., Its Chris Wubbenhorst 's system...

It is basically a same design of the HPS Gen I system with custom intercooler.

I am currently getting the 5psi inside the manifold... and and 7psi before intercooler.

I haven't really TEST drove the car yet., because the SC install is just completed. and the car is running with no bumper. So I can't drive it to any where.

My BUTT dyno told me the car has gain sufficient power, probabbly around 80 to 100hp figure... but I am getting burn out on second gear from 1000rpm all the way up to red line with ESP off.
on 19X10 265 back.

Yeh it should work for a 320 without much trouble. The only thing i would change is to make that intake piping more rounded and wrap it back around the motor with some insulation. As it sits now it looks like its going to get hot, or at least negate some of the intercooler's performance. Great job, what was your budget for this project?

SUPERCHARGER!!!!., if you have watch TAXI.,,. that is the same unit installed in the TAXI..

Yeah I have notice the piping will get a lot of heat from the engine too..I will go get some heat resistance material to warp around the piping over there... but thats the only route to go ., without bending it.......

The intercooler has a very very big effect on the intake temp...
I have two air temp sensor, one after the SC., and one before going in to the engine.. I see a 30 to 40 degree drop in temp. before and after it. (that is when the car is not moving) I am hoping to see a bigger difference when it is moving.
