That CLK 430 has most of the major options:
The wheels are an alternate AMG design that didn't come with car.
Paint color is most likely Obsidian Black Metallic
The two tone red/charcoal nappa leather was extra cost option
The option packages it appears to have
CD changer (stand alone option installed at port or by dealer)
K3: sunroof / rain sensing wipers / power rear sunshade
K4: heated seats / xenon headlights with washer units
The AMG side skirts, bumpers, gray face AMG gauges were standard on the 430 model in US market.
the front bumper looks like the horizontal rib is missing - common problem on the AMG bumper. Hit a parking curb and it falls off. I've seen brand new 208's with dealer tags missing this part driving down the road.
the only things this doesn't have:
multi-contour seats
Comand (partial year 2000 availability - delayed option)
factory cellular phone
or
K2: cellular phone / CD changer (factory option)
K2a: voice recognition in addition to package K2 above

01' CLK55
was that interior a factory option?
take a look at the steering wheel. the 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock section of the steering wheel looks as if the red is rubbing off so you can see the original charcoal color.
Also, it would be pretty easy to have all the seat sections re-upholstered in that nasty red color.

those pictures you posted:
The two tone optional CLK430 interiors (factory options) were (non designo)
blue / charcoal
red / charcoal
light ash / dark ash
designo interiors were
designo Espresso w/ light brown nappa leather
designo Slate Blue w/ slate blue/charcoal nappa leather
AMG CLK55:
nappa leather
AMG silver / charcoal leather
blue / charcoal leather
charcoal / charcoal leather
plus the two designo options above.
There was a guy named Howard that had a CLK430 with a black exterior with the two tone red /charcoal interior on this board in the past, from what I remember.
I agree the red steering wheel is a bit much. I have the European brochures that have pictures of the Magma Red with the red / charcoal interior - it looks sharp, but that combo was never offered in the US.
