Big problems after lowering.....HELP

Ok, since my drop, things have gotten weird. In addition to the brake assist lights coming on sporadically, The trunk latch from the console didn't work. I pulled the fuse and put it back and now it works. Now my passenger window and mirror wont work and the window is in the down position (not good). Also the sun roof is acting weird, like it's not programmed. I want to reset the ecu. Is this a good thing to do. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! I know how to do it, I just don't want to f**k things up more.

Took it to some shady mechanics yesterday. They didn't use a spring compressor. they pulled all the bolts including the alignment screw. I used Eibachs with e-class #1 pad on front, stock pad on rear. Brake assist engaged at rolling stops immediatly, then the dummy lights came on about an hour later. i reset the ecu by turning the wheel left to right and the lights went of, now they come on from time to time. The real problem is with the window, mirror and sunroof. The passenger window is in the open position and I think they must be closed when you reset. I've never had any problems before this so it must be linked. Thanks and HELP please.

Maybe "shady" wasn't the right word. They are certified but not Merc mechanics exclusively.

W213 '17 E43 ///AMG - W211, W208 no more
well... it is unlikely to be a "direct" result of the new suspension setup... those have no electronics within them... not for the W208 at least

as for the rest of the stuff... its either dumb luck, or, your mechanic is giving you reasons to come back and pay for more services...

No, I know these guys. They're greasemonkeys not techs, plus I watched them all the way. I reset the ECU but nothing changed. Gonna go to the (gulp) dealer tomorrow. Thanks for all your help guys.

Wow im suprized that no one else mentioned you should disconect the battery. Your trunk release and power mirror faults are likely a result of them disconeccting the battery as a precauction before working on the suspension. You need to resynch the windows sunroof after you disconnect, see if it works its a free try!
