Price of fuel in So.CAl.?

2003 CLK Convertible
Live off the 5 near the Grapevine, premium is $3.13 today. They take advantage of the travelers heading up north or heading to L.A..
I put in almost $50.00 the other day, I remeber when $50 would buy you 2 full tanks. This SUCKS!!

We're in the high 2s, almost 3 around the east coast, depending on where you are. Jersey is relatively cheap, but with the holiday coming up prices are headed skyward.
Around the house premium is anywhere from $2.80 to $2.95 for self. I've seen full service for $3.45
I remember back in April when I went to San Diego they were already near $3 a gallon, so I'm guessing it's probably much worse now

i'm paying $2.85 near home... but its like $3.15 near work on the westside...
its getting quite rediculous.... but, compared to gas prices way back when, what we are paying now is still low compared to what the inflation rate has been over the last few years...
its just a shock to see it all go up at once trying to catch up to inflation..

Flying into LAX on Saturday to meet up with some friends in Hollyweird, then off to Lake Havasu for some Hot boating. As I’ve been told “ If you have to worry about the price of fuel.”

I wonder how long it's gonna be before the the Europe guys come around saying that $3 is not that bad... When I was in Holland last September, I think it was over 1 euro per liter... so back then that was like $5.50 US a gallon. Ouch.
