Anyone know where I can get a sport grill with the 6.5 star today? are there any shops on long island/nj/ct I can get one of these or do I have to order it online?

A lil of topic here, you're going to confuse people. I installed mine no problem, and there is no need for an extended latch for CLK's. It may be because your car is a C230.

i don't intend to confuse people. that's why i said to ask jerry about the grill specifically for your model. members are welcome to give their opinions too. i was just recommending the formymercedes grill. a lil of topic?????

This isn't the C230 forum so I guess the C230 grill would be off topic. Sure it's ok to give your opinion about formmymercedes as I'm sure they're a nice reference. I was only pointing out that you do not need an extended latch that you said he would probably need. Hope I didn't sound rude as I was only trying to clarify things. Thanks.
