Wood Trim!!

I got a question for you guys, does anybody know how the oem looking wood can be fixed, I got this scratch on the ashtray piece that is annoying the crap out of me. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks E

Yeah I dragged my keys across the cup holder cover a few too many times. I'm gonna try scratch-x and a couple of coats of clear coat tomorrow. I'll let you know if it works.

I have set of birdseye maple interior parts, except the cupholder and top dash piece if anyone is interested. Parts are in great condition. Email me if you are interested.

I did the same thing that THRILL is talking about and it came out great. I used "scratch away" a plexigalss scratch remover (used for aircraft windows and motorcycle shields). You should be able to find it any automotive store. Then apply the clear coat.

Did you rough up the finish before you clear-coated?

Has anyone found a c/f interior for our cars? Kleemann is too expensive and doesnt even look that nice, but thats just my opinion.

what type of clear cote did you use and where did you get it, I will give it a shot as soon as a have some free time.
