Here are some pics to keep the picture thread alive. These were taken at a car meet at Tobay Beach on 3/28/04.

Thanks Bruce. I painted them with nite shade. About 3 coats. No chipping or fading.

Thanks again.

Thanks man, I'm going to try it on my corolla. Hopefully it'll turn out just as good as yours. You know where I can buy it?

I bought in from some car shop here in the area. If you can't find it let me know I'll pick it up and FedEx it to you.

not a fan of the complete smoked tail light on both cars, but still the cars are great

absolutely love the 8-series. what year is it? 840 or 850? I want to guess 840, but it's hard to tell from the smoked tail light.

OT: still don't know why the 8 didn't sell that well. It's one of the most beautiful BMW comes to date.

Thanks Danny. Yep that's his 8 series. I love the rims. 2 1/2 inch deep in the front and 4" in the rear. They are sick.

I did the grill myself but I have to say that I have had some chipping. I didn't have it beadblasted before doing it so that is probably why. I used the nite shade also. I've been having to touch it up every time it chips. BIG PAIN. I'm still looking for a local shop to powdercoat my spare grill if possible.

Sure Danny, just let me know if you need the nite shade and I'll check out the local shop.

Frank, that is a 1991 850 with a CSI body kit on it. I agree with you on the 8 series definitely one of the most beautiful BMW's ever. It's pretty rare around here which makes it an eye catcher. You would think it was an ENZO they way the guys flocked to it when we drove into the meet.

You have to host the pics on another site and then use the link to attach the pic.
