if you patient, the post will eventually get loaded...
I'm a newbie too, but I've been here long enough to see you did the same thing, multiple posts (3), on 02/27 in the same forum. Give the guy a break, he or she may not be having such a bad life and could really enjoy helping and being helped in this forum!

Thanks Bruce. I painted them with nite shade. About 3 coats. No chipping or fading.
Thanks again.

I bought in from some car shop here in the area. If you can't find it let me know I'll pick it up and FedEx it to you.

and dang... is that your man's 8 series? those wheels are truly deep dish...

another thing, did you do your blacked out grill yourself? what method? any chipping?
btw, lastly, i might need your help with that niteshade sprays...
absolutely love the 8-series. what year is it? 840 or 850? I want to guess 840, but it's hard to tell from the smoked tail light.
OT: still don't know why the 8 didn't sell that well. It's one of the most beautiful BMW comes to date.
Eleni, those are some great pics... and wow... those chome monoblocks are tight.... looks great on a black car

I did the grill myself but I have to say that I have had some chipping. I didn't have it beadblasted before doing it so that is probably why. I used the nite shade also. I've been having to touch it up every time it chips. BIG PAIN. I'm still looking for a local shop to powdercoat my spare grill if possible.
Sure Danny, just let me know if you need the nite shade and I'll check out the local shop.
not a fan of the complete smoked tail light on both cars, but still the cars are great

Can someone tell me how to post pics here? I keep getting an error telling me the file is too big.

To celebrate, I shall post pics of MY CAR!!!

But to show that I'm not selfish, I shall include some of my favorite CLKs...
