The next MBenzNL (US) installation trip is scheduled for January/February. This trip will go to Los Angeles, San Francisco and Hawaii – other destinations might be possible but that depends on workload & available time.

Like last time we offer a couple of modifications at a special discount price – these specials are ONLY valid for the upcoming trip and ONLY when deposits are received before January 20 AND valid for those who order a self install kit before that same January 20.

For the W208 we offer the following special:
- refurbished eurospec D2B comand: 1500USD incl 3 months warranty (normally 1600USD)
- new eurospec D2B comand: 2200USD incl. 12 months warranty (normally 2500USD)

Furthermore we still offer the usual modifications (mail us for pricing):
- new D2B based CD changers
- UHI (integrated) phonekits
- multifunctional steering wheel with instrument cluster for the pre 2000 208s
- AMG steering wheels for the 2000 and up 208s
- Brabus wood/ash leather steering wheels for the 2000 and up 208s
…and whatever else that was offered by Mercedes as optional equipment…

Most of the people here are familiar with us and the way we work…for those who aren’t, please do a search on MBenzNL to read up on experiences that people had with us in the past.
Feel free to email us with whatever question you have or with possible orders: info@MBenzNL.com

Send me a price also for the steering wheel and cluster. This will work for a 98 CLK320? Is it an easy install? Will I have to take it to the dealer?

If interested in prices / info or if you want to place an order, please email US... Multifunctional upgrades can be done in 1998 CLKs as well. Steve will do any reprogramming that is required, so need to go to the dealer.

Although we really like to go to FL to do mods, experience has taught us that it is very difficult to set up an install trip to this specific state... Steve is willing to fly anywhere, as long as travel expenses get compensated. Usually most (potential) customers don't mind paying a bit extra for him to show up.

But once we start arranging trips to specific areas, and ask for deposits to confirm orders and to prevent us from shipping goods in vain... people insist on getting fixed dates first, and don't want to confirm anything until Steve has actually set dates for FL (or some other US areas).

... and we work the other way around: we contact people we have on our install list and inform them about Steve's intention to go to a specific area. We ask for car and personal info and for a small deposit. And we give them a time frame for Steve's trip - which is all we can give when we first start arranging a trip.

Knowing our US customers, it usually takes until the deadline before we have an idea of the total workload. Steve books his flights to and from CA close to our deadline, as we won't know until then how much time we need to finish all mods. As soon as Steve arrives in CA, he will start looking for domestic flights - and after a few days we can decide when my brother will be in what area, and at what dates.

So... if you are willing to give it a shot, and if you don't mind waiting for fixed dates until Steve has actually decided about it himself, and if you don't mind compensating his travel expenses - feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you mod your car.
