yeah, they can be made to fit. they look great but they're VERY heavy and will no doubt slow your car down a bit.

Yes, anything is possible. I fitted E55 w211 brakes on my w208 CLK55. The front hubs have different diameters so I had to get custom rotor hats made for the front. Do not expect this to be an easy task. There is ALOT of custom work that has to be done in order for this to work.

A regular brake shop wont touch this at all. A machine shop is your best option. Even then, you will have to tell then what you want to do. If you are looking for a bolt on system, go for the C32 brake setup if you want a BBK in the front. There is no easy BBK for the rear other than brembo. I have the Brembo BBK for the front and rear for $3500 which is over 1/2 original price. This is a bolt kit and no customization is required.

no problem... If I were you spend about $500 on a used set of C32 calipers and rotors/pads.

How much heavier are the C32 brake fit as opposed to

How much heavier are the C32 brake fit as opposed to the stocks. Or the W211 ? Is it W211 > C32 > Stock ?

Was planning a C32 retrofit but may not if they are too heavy and will slow me down

The C32 brakes aren't much heavier than stock. The rotors are larger and a bit heavier, but not nearly as bad as the 211 brakes.
