cars shaking
I have a 98 clk320 and my car shake like crazy from 40 to 60 mph, im not sure what it is, ball joint maybe? and when i drive slow and turn the wheel all the way to the right/left, i hear a popping noise. so im wondering if these are both ball joint issues.
thanks

1) bent wheels
2) balance wheels
3) alignment
4) replace steering damper
5) replace steering linkage tie bar (drag link)
6) get camber kits if the car is lowered
7) replace bushings

I have the same problem as well.
But another symptom i'm seeing is that when I back out of a parking spot and turn left I notice my right tire seems to make a slipping noise when turning left after pulling out of a parking spot at low speeds.
Any ideas what that could be? It's on the right tire. If I turn right I have no problems.
Thanks,

for those of you who dont know why this is funny, a clk has no axels and cv joints in the front end. it is a rear wheel drive car, unlike a civic
