I emailed the people again to find out about when they will be finished. I will let you know what they say asap. I think it might help speed up the process if they received emails from everyone. If your interesed in emailing them, the adress is optionracing2000@yahoo.com

I emailed a request to optionracing2000@yahoo.com for our Xenon headlights. I'm not sure if this issue has had another solution, but I figured I'd atleast give it a try.
Anybody with any new info on this topic?

it was the old halogen lights so i used a makita 5" disc sander 5000 rpm with a 60 grit gotta be carefull about the heat or you might melt the lens, i used a wet towel to help. then i used 220 400 800 1000 1500 grit wetsand paper. then used a finnishing buff pad i cut to size on the makita disc sander 5000 rpm, with a plastic polish made by mothers. all the tools i got from home depot. gonna try to use my bench grinder it has the buff pad on one side to try and make it even cleaner. i gotta warn ya it was not an easy job
almost forgot i used a heat gun to heat up the sealant glue, again gotta be carefull not to melt the lens i tried to focus the heat on the gray housing part the most

I've got to hand it to ya', I sat on a chair in front of my house on a beautiful summers day and sanded for about four hours before I very loudly exclaimed to the entire neighborhood, F@CK THIS!!!

It looks like there are two basic stlyes here. Semmic and Option Racing. I imagine that Semmic might be interested in develping a set as well. i like them a bit better because the option racing lights have those wierd groves around the headlights. looks like ((( O )))

The problem with Semmic ,that the lens is not really clear ,it has some white lines or straps. That will distort the look of the chrome housing and the projectors . i hope they will make them really clear!

seeing if there are any local Boston owners interested in this... I have a friend with a W210 Eclass we can take out the headlights if its not too much trouble to take a look at the differences? I would bet not much, I might even have a guy willing to take on a project like this if I can garuntee him so many units delivered, I know he could fiberglass something similar to this headlight up for this ML...
I know not exactly what your lookin for but I know he could do that right away.

Well, i emailed optionracing to ask whether they can make the headlights with HID and if they can make it for RHD applications (which i doubt), but still no reply.

Even if they cant make it in HID, im still in. My headlights are terrible. Plus, i imagine you could fit an aftermarket kit into these lights easily enough. I would really prefer HID though.
