Which of these wheels do you prefer?

Trying to decide which of these to go onto my black CLK430:
Silver, Chrome or Silver/Black....

Silver Black!

Go with the silver black. Hotter look, and much easier to clean. Plus, once they're mounted - a multi-finish wheel usually looks better than one with a solid finish.

I'm not a big fan of chrome and the Silver/Black combo looks cool.

I have the plain silver. Take a look and judge for yourself.

wow, to tell you the truth I am a little surprised by your responses so far.
I also liked the silver/black, but I really thought you guys would harass me for even considering it, last thing I want is an abomination on the road that other CLK fans/owners would hate... although my opinion is most impt
Kewl, I will probably go with the Silver/Black staggered...
Now for the rubber.... looks like the Michelin PS2 are a favorite amongst many of you guys...

I like the silver/black too. The chrome is pimp but just not my style. But to each his own! Put on what you want and keep on steppin.

PS2s? Wow, they're expensive. I have Pirelli P-Zero Neros. They're pretty nice. $154 (rears) and $120 (front) from tirerack. Tires were at my front door the next day!

Kewl. Also, somebody was raving about Kumho to me one time. They're even cheaper!
Keep in mind the PZeros are all-season high performance. The PS2s are supposed to be strictly summer. Not sure about Kumho. Good luck!

I have the silver LM5's that will need to be refinished pretty soon. I wanted to do exactly that with the black highlights. Where did you find that picture? Thanks.

I'd go for plain silver. I've never liked combinations, neither black, less chrome. Anyway, in the end its your car... some will love it, some will hate it.

Chrome looks bling, silver looks clean. I personally love gold wheels on black cars.

I've never seen gold look good on anything other than a Porsche.

I guess you guys are going to hate me for this but I ordered DPE signature series S20's in a gold leaf finish last month and they should be here soon. I'm hoping they look good.

can't really go "wrong" with the Kumho's , unless you really love the loud road noise the tires produce........

Gold?! Is that for the 55 or the 430? Are you going to sell the 430?

Haha, thanks. I will have them in early feb. so you can make your decision. Your Aero's look sick! Dont change em. Is your car black opal or just black?

Whodat- The gold wheels are going on the black opal 55. I have black wheels on it now and i think gold will look better. I will sell the 430 or the 55 if the price is right. I've had several offers but noone ever came through with the money.

I like that style too. LM5? I'd get silver/black or silver.

If your car is black or white, chrome would be ok.
