All I want for Christmas is some coool Canadian air and continued pleasure in driving my 2002 CLK 55 AMG.
I found the car I always wanted! Can't handle any more...for now.

my christmas wish
karl here is my christmas wish to point my 2001 bmw 740 south from n.y.c. to south florida for about 2 weeks without my kids. boy does that sound good. happy holidays to all.

Yesterday evening I drove home my SLK32 in Brilliant Silver with 2-tone Charcoal/Alpaca interior, xenons and CD changer.

As Karl K pointed out about finding the car he always wanted, I too have found the car that I have lusted for all the years past.

The Canadian cold air has arrived.
45 F in Miami this morning & sunny skies.
Off to the "corkscrew swamp" an Audubon sanctuary, in the Florida Everglades - 165 miles from here. Longest drive in the new CLK 55!
In these temps the alligators are not going to ourun me. brrrrrrrrrr

Lots of Snowbirds with Ontario and Quebec license plates must have come down via this jetstream phenomenom and are basking in the S. Florida sunshine.
Some of those Snowbirds drive with their convertibles with tops down in 50F temps.
My first long drive to the Corkscrew Swamp - 300 miles roundtrip high speed driving - yielded 22 mpg @ avg. 65 mph speed. Best mpg yet!
