busted elecronic key

busted elecronic key
ok fellas..
last week my electronic key wouldnt work, i called the sos, Ben, and other friends for help.
Now im using the spare key and an additional key is on the way. They told me it will take 3 days to get and its been a week i have no key. MB delaler in Encino ordered my key but anytime i call em they tell me to call back tomorow.
Any one ordered a key before??? How long did it take???

hey sungulent, is your dealer Encino auto stiegler??? did you buy your car with them??? if yes, who is your salesperson?? Have you taken our car for service in encino?? are they good???

knowing sungulent's connection with the dealership, he probably got it for free.
my service advisor hooked me up with a new key for free too... now i have 3 complete, working keys
only cost to me was the drive from work to the dealer (5 blocks)

It took me a week to get new keys for my ML after one fell apart and the other one went through the clothes washer. I had to pay for one and the other was covered under waranty.
Learning my lesson, I asked for an extra key when ordering the clk and they threw it in for free.

HATE DOWNTOWL LA MOTOTRS THEY JUST SUCK
CALABAS MERCEDES U HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO APPROACH U
ENCINO GREAT SERVICE BUT THE DEALERS DONT NEGOTIATE ALL THEY DO IS YUPPPP ABOUT THEIR SALEMAN OF THE MONTH RING LIKE I GIVE A ****.....
