Looking for wheels

I've been thinking about getting wheels for a while, and I had finally decided on 19" Brabus MB VI replicas. I have a friend that can get me a new set with deep lips for 880 shipped. Its a great deal, but I dont have tons of $ to spend.

What I really wanna do is get some 19" AMG-style (w/ 5 twin spokes) with a deep lip and have them finished gun-metal like the cl65 and sl65 wheels. My clk430 is silver and i think the titanium/charcoal/gunmetal sl65 style wheels would look awesome, especially with the deep lip. Anybody know of companies that make 19" replicas w/ a nice lip (1-2.5 front, 2-3.5 back)?

Well the reason I ask is because I know some people in the wheel/tire business and I wanted to find out who actually produces the wheels so I can see if they can get them for close to cost.

Not mounted yet. I had to send one rim back for an exchange.

Front rim....

Rear rim...

The place I got them from was "The-wheel-exchange" . Hands down one of the best Ebay experiences I have had. Great customer service and after sales support.

I really like that wheel, But I worry about safety on wheels that are so cheap. Please keep us updated. Thanks

Interested in selling your stock wheels

I was just wondering if you are getting new wheels on your CLK430, if you might be interested in selling your stock 17" wheels? If so how much and when will you be ready to sell? Email me at cobraralph@hotmail.com. Thanks!

wheels

I've been looking at the same wheels except in the staggered 18"(love the 19's but my girlfriend has never missed a pothole or curb). What size tires would be good for the 18's. So they're not too low profile but also don't rub. Thanks, Todd

You should run 225/40 front and 255/35 rear for 18" staggered setup.

Did you go chrome or the polish? I have a black Cb just like yours and wondering if the chrome would be to over the top?

Also what are the tires sizes for the 19"s

Do you think the chrome would be to much on the black? Did you get your tires mounted from them too? Thinking of ordering the same set up.

Lip on front is 1" at best but the rear's are 2-3" and look just great. The wife has been in love wife her car since. They are non polished but satin to polised lip. they compliments for her have been as numerious as my roush.
In other word she is as pleased as I have been out my car.

Axis milano's!!! I like em even better than the brabus...but,

black w/ chrome would be ok.

black w/ charcoal or black w/ polished/chrome lips would be sick.

I finally got my wheels...I bought the axis milano off a guy about 6 mo ago. They're in my sig. if i were to change it would be the sl65 reps, 19x8.5 front, 20x9.5 rear w/ the deep lips, and they'd def be painted charcoal

Yea, aint ready...its cuz i feel like my front 19 fills up the space perfectly, but the rear one seems a little small. but my tires are 255 30 instead of 265 30, so once a 265 is on instead, it might look just right. around the side of the wheel gap, it's larger in the back than the front...thats why i noticed a 20 might be nice for the rear.
