Pictures of New 19" Moven C16 Rims & Tires
The ride is excellent. I was expecting a much harsher ride but in reality I could feel the road conditions more but my wife didn't notice- so there you go. Granted the road conditions are pretty good. Broken cement roads you do feel more. Also, the tires are less noisy then my previous Dunlop 9000 Sport tires. The grip is excellent and I love the feel of wider tires in the front and rear, not to mention the aggressive look.
I also had my brake lines replaced with StopTech Stainless Steel Brake Lines and the fluid replaced with ATE Type 200 Brake Fluid. The feel of the brake peddle is firmer with a nice confident feel.
I purchased the rims from Carlabms.com. Darwin Wongkar assisted me and was great. He can be reached at (650) 641-0194. The particular rims I purchased were a last set, as far as I was told. I understand they are doing away with the C16 line because of a legal dispute regarding the rim looking to similar to another manufaturer. You can check with Darwin however to see what he has available. Good luck on your purchase.

The tires (235/35/19) and 265/30/19) did rub some in the front. I had the tire shop put the car on the lift and we removed the two front tires. I used a heat gun on the plastic to mold it in some and an impact gun on the metal. It didn't take to much time or effort but it did resolve the rubbing issues. There was no rubbing in the rear.
Sorry to bump up an old thread, but I need some help here..
I have MOVEN C16 wheels 19X8.5 ET35 F & 19X9.5 ET38 R with 235/19/35 F and 265/19/30 General UHP tires and I'm about to sell these wheels to a guy who owns a 2003 CLK430. The wheels are off my 2004 C230K sedan. Do you think the wheels will fit to his car? Rubbing issues? Does the guy need spacers to make it fit?
What would be the ideal ET in 19s for W208?
