actually, i've done it and you're wrong. On regular street tires or if they are the least bit worn, turn dsc off and dump the clutch anywhere north of 3k and you will just sit and spin. I did this several times on a set of PS1s. I actually tried to launch it the same way i used to launch my old audi and had problems even getting the thing to more. It might be harder now that i have track tires on the rears, but i have no desire to burn those things up. All it would take is a higher RPM drop.Oh, and i had a 320. Well MB has had made manuals, I believe the old SLs have'em, but other then that I don't think there is any others maybe I'm wrong, maybe the old older models have them also, another thing about manuals is that you do actually have more control over your car in power and control then an automatic.

Well it's almost time for me to get new tires soon, so when I do, I'll be sure to tape my burnout, I will have fun with that. Oh wee I can't wait!
