Vents Stutter & Center Vents Don't Blow Air
hey..anyone know why my climate control seems to stutter...if i have it on...it blows hard then stops..blows then stops...its weird - is this normal? and also, the two center vents dont seem to be blowing much of any conditioned air....
anyone know what this could be? do I just need to replace some filters or something?

Doesn't the blower motor work at variable speeds to attain the 'set' constant cabin temperature?
