only a money issue, cant afford the wheels or tires, plus the roads are bad, as soon as i get out of college and get a job and can stay in Charlotte where the roads are good, 19s will be on there, for now im stickin with 18s even though they look nowhere near as nice as 19s...oh well im quite happy....

18s are always good I think those Carlsson 2/5 are so much better than the AMG. Post pix when you get them, they're one of my favorites.

will definitely post pictures. crossed drilled rotors and painting my calipers is happening ASAP also. cant afford a big brake kit yet DAMMIT. I know the cross-drilled rotors dont do much, but i need new rotors soon anyway, they are more for looks right now until i can get some Brembos.

love those rims.... those rank up there with the BBS LMs and Brabus Vs... i think my next set of rims would be the 2/5s too... but i'm keeping it in the 19s

at least until i run into a crazy road hazard that changes my mind....

YES! that i know... and for all those who are interested, Tirerack has them for under $500 a piece...

off the top of my head, its $449 for the fronts @ 19x8, and $499 for the rears @ 19x9.... that is a bargain... under $2,000 for a complete set of Carlsson 2/5 in 19s... i think the 2/6s are going for the same price

They have them in stock, so i'd hit em up while you still can...

just juggling to see if i should wait and hope that tirerack decides to import the 1/16 wheels... they look similar to the HRE 549s but but not as much $$$

i just don't want to wait and find out in the end that they have no intention of imoprting the 1/16s..... and by that time, all the 2/5s will be gone.... sigh...

Should get sloted rotors instead of cross drilled.... will not crack as easy as the cross drilled rotors.

I would never get 19" on my car, for 1 major reason...

slows down your take off time, your 0-60 will be slower. I am not willing to sacrifice 0-60 time for a higher top speed.

I don't need to go faster than 130mph.... I need the o-60 times to be faster, that's where it counts more anyways, IMHO.

Oh and another reason is the price of the tires... have you guys checked how much 19" high performance tires cost?!?!?

But I have to admit, it does look good.... Maybe if I got the new E class....

w/ $400 more you could get them in 19s w/ tires if you can get a deal.
