shocks

How often should the shocks be replaced ? Miles? / Years???
What type shocks are recommended? OME or an aftermarket? The suspension is factory at this point and I think I will keep it that way for now.

Thanks for the help and suggesions......

I've replaced my stock shocks with Billstein sports.

That will depend on how aggressive you drive and whether the roads are good in your area. Most should last 75K-100K miles, or more.

Do the Billstein shocks offer a comfortable ride or are they really stiff.
I"m a laid back driver, I only punch it when provoked. I'm really looking for more comfort than anything.

Bilstein makes a sport, and an HD model. The HD's are supposedly more comfortable.
