muffler???
the thing is, i took off the resonator and they order a special muffler from a shop here in texas. I went to drag race friday, everybody was in love with the sound of my car. just make one from a shop it is cheaper and more aggressive

You have to be careful with what you do to a 320 because you can end up with a Honda sounding exhaust. Don't take advise from people who have the 430's or 55's because anything they do with their muffler will sound good.
There are a couple combos you can play with and it goes like this:
1) If you go with a strait through design ( Borla, Magna, Flowmaster ) you must keep your resonator or you will end up with Honda sound unless you get a special after market resonator to enhance the sound of that V6.
2) If you go with muffled type mufflers like Brabus and Remus you will not be happy with the end result because you need to get rid of the resonator.
I personally have the Brabus with no resonator and no 2ndary cats and it sounds great.
I would suggest the cheaper route like the Magnaflow and you'll be fine. If you feel it's not loud enough have your muffler guy play around with removing the resonator but get a resonator recommended by your muffler guy to enhance a Magnaflow muffler on a V6. I hope this helps with your question.
But if you have the money buy something like mine and you'll be very happy with the sound because it's a nice deep sound that doesn't sound cheap.
Attached below is what I have right now on my car...it's a Brabus custom quad set up where the dual muffler is split and extended to the other side so that it is functional and not a dummy tip. No resonator and no 2ndary cats.

Thank for all of your advice,

BTW, some of you guys may remember my car from a while back. I've made some more mods and painting, I;'ll send some pics
This is not a picture of the bottom of my car because I don't have any pics. These are pics of droptop2-8 and he has the identical set up that I do except I have a Brabus muffler and he has a Sebring.
Click on this link and scroll down to the middle and you will see the pics of the white W208 underneath.

This forum can be stupid sometimes when attaching pics that you have already attached before. The system wouldn't l;et me reattach them to this thread..really stupid I think.

All our exhausts are straight through designs, they are simply much better packed than pretty much everything else out there on the market.
This is also applicable to Brabus as we manufacture their exhausts.
Again I might be wrong to assume that you meant muffled = baffled, just figured I'd drop in

Here's an example of a clip of our exhaust of the C320 with res delete :

The 320 sounds great. I would love to reproduce that sound. What is your set up? If I missed it in an earlier section , please let me know....
