Much needed advice please- 2001 CLK320 Convert
Unfortunately, there isn't much in the way of "cheap" mods for our 3.2 V6 engines. Small gains in air intake and exhaust. If you want bigger gains, get ready to shell out some big cash and then at that point you might as well look for a 430 cab or a 55 cab.

NADA is about the same.
Either way I would say offer them the lower and see what they say. Does it have the additional seats adjustments on the right side of the driver's seat? How about Nav (COMAND) or the integrated phone? Sounds like it has HID and yes, heated seats and the HID were options on the 320 both cab and coupe. What is the color combo of the car? At 55,000 miles you shouldn't have a problem getting a 3rd party warranty on it, good luck. Personally, I think my 320 has just enough power for the coupe, but it might feel a little under powered for the cab as it is 300lbs heavier. So when I have two other people in my car I can totally feel the difference.
