I need help with pics want to get my suspension but can't decide
Didn't want to start a new thread but I spent the past two days trying to figure out what set up I want and now I'm more confused than when I started. I will be running a set of 19's don't know the exact offset bought them used off somebody tires will be 235 Front and either 265/275 rear. I just realized from another thread that the H&R cup kit was for the 320 so when I went to look for that on tirerack I ran into another bump they make a touring cup kit which lowers 1.4"F 1.3"R and sport cup kit 1.9"F 1.6"R. Then there's still what spring pads to get so many variables. So many choices should I get the cup kit should I just go with H&R springs and a good set of shocks
It shouldn't be this hard. I would like everybody running 19's or wheels with the same overall diameter to help me out with pics of your car with what spring, shock, tire, spring pad and spacers if you are running those. Hopefully this will also help other clk member who aren't lowered yet.

sure...nethin to procrastinate away from studyin for finals lol
id prob suggest the touring kit with the less dramatic drop...cupkit is realllly low...either that or just go with a H&R/ bilstein or koni combo...
H&R Sport springs
Bilstein sports shocks
#1 e class pads in front, #4clk in rear (100+ lb of audio in trunk)
235/35/19 in front; 275/30/19 in rear
No spacers right now but probably going with a 10-12 mm H&R hubcentric for the rear this weekend

I pretty much will like mine to sit like deyainrdy4ds I just want to get rid of all the tire gap not really concerned about my tire sitting in my fender or 1/4. Blackbenzz do you feel your set up is making your tire sit in your fender and 1/4? Like its lower than deyainrdy4ds? Also do you have the cupkit that gives the moderate drop or the extreme? So when I priced it out at tire rack It would be better for me to get the H&R sport springs with the bilstein shocks because it would come out to about $100 cheaper than getting the touring cup kit because it drops it the same amount. since I wouldn't have any audio in the trunk I might want to step down a # on my rear spring pad than deyainrdy4ds. Also what is the difference in the e class spring pad versus the regular clk? Thanks also rsr911

eclass pad is just the one that is available in the smallest size...most ppl go with about 2-3 clk pads in the rear
