Lorinser LM1 is only made for Mercedes, so it is already hub centric. Not sure what your trying to do, if anything, you may need a spacer to fit the wheel to different MB models, Lorinser was never good about providing their wheels in a variety of offsets.

There's vibrations going on at around 60 mph, the person that installed it did say that I may need hubcentric rings if I do feel vibrations.

Hmm, well that sounds fishy at best, you could need the wheels balanced or its even possible that one or more of the wheels are bent. I guess there also exists the possibility that the hubs were bored out to fit another vehicle, but out of the box, they are hub centric to MB.
