Exclamation my car is posessed?????

So in a previous thread I mentioned how my car keeps falling on it's face when you hit the gas hard. It won't do the usual kick down and take off it just stays at about 3K rpm's and jerks a tiny bit. The dealer reset the adaptation since they where way off and it ran like a bat out of hell for 3 days or so. Then last night the problem came back, so I did the battery reset then re-synched everything and now it is running great. I know in the next few days it is going to go back to being a friggin slug.

Does anyone here know why the car would do great for a few days then go back to having adaptation problems???? Then every time it is reset run great again for a few days???

When I reset the car with the battery doesn't that dump the codes? If it doesn't let me know so I can look into that? Just the fact that is works perfect for a few days everytime the computer is reset boggles me????

No, pulling the battery clears *some* codes. Dumping the codes is when you take a code reader, plug it into the OBDII port, and make a note of all the failure codes that appear.
