For Carlsson 19x8.5 front and 19x10 rear, what are the best tire sizes for front and rear? Any recommendation that won't rub that much and gives a good handling? WHat tire brand do you recommend?

Toyo T1-S

They grip great, are comfortable, quiet, and fit the fenders much better.

Bruce, you are correct, they use to make them, looks like they discontinued that size.

We sell Toyo tires, but we're waiting on revised pricing before putting it up on the site. In the meantime, just call Toyo and ask for a dealer near you.

I back Ben on those Toyo's... they are awesome. Kind of pricey though

so is this measurement probably the thinnest and widest you can get with a 19incher?

Got the T1-S's also on my S4- great tire but tough to say if they are better than the S03's that I have. The reason I like the S03's is that there is less road noise with the freeway grooves here in SoCal.

235/35-19 is the safest widest for the front, and 265/30-19 for the rear.

I prefer the S03's but its hard to gauge since my S03's have been on a higher performance car (E55) while the Toyo's are on the S4. Since it rarely rains here I am often driving my daily driver (S4) during this time and the Toyo's are awesome in the wet. I dont think you can wrong with either tire but there is noise on the Toyo's. Pricewise, the S03's are actually cheaper in the sizes I have (245x35x19) but are not made in the 235x35x19 format that the Toyo's provide. I think the 275x30x19 version of the S03's is slightly more than the 235x35x19 Toyos. Sorry about being so confusing.
