Thanks for clearing that up..I guess I assumed everyone knew LOL. I decided not to do the 2 tone for a couple reasons:
1. I couldnt find a color mix quick enough and didnt want to just pick Satin without thinking it through more design-wise.
2. I needed to get the car in quick since it looked pretty bad and it was starting to get on my nerves. The painter at the shop said that the 2 tone would probably look nice but that a Benz would be better off one color.
The painter said that it would be easy to 2 tone it once its back to factory color (since I would use that as a base anyway) so it wouldn't be like I needed to repaint the whole thing again. just the new area would be done. I appreciate everyones input but I believe I made the right decision at this point, hopefully.
And yeah the insurance is picking up the whole tab for the paint and bodywork. As far as rims go...I definitely need a nice set of deep-dish light-weight rims and I just got the hook-up (THANKS) from someone that PM'd me a couple days ago. All in due time...I cant do it quickly like some of you can, I have 2 mortgages to deal with first, then wife and kids and then its me and the car at the bottom of the barrel .
