i just got on the freeway and something fell off the truck in front of me and blew my whole tire off my front left rim ...

OUCH, your lucky your ok. MUCH WORSE could have happened. I try to never ever ever drive behind trucks or if I cant help it i stay back like 1000 feet. They spew dirt and rock chips eat away at the paint on my beautiful hood.

dont ask why i dont look upset here .... the wheel got jammed so it took about ..... ummmmm..... 6 HOURS TO TAKE IT OFF .... sigh .... i kinda lost control .......

it was a good thing that i just got on the freeway ... if not ... i like to go fast on the freeway so i think i would have been in trouble if i were at higher speeds ......

Call up ur insurance agent and tell him/her about this, if you have conprehensive coverage, just pay the deductable and ur insurance company will fix your car for you and your premium wont go up. In this case I would suggest you to go to a shop you know so they can hook u up with brembo and new paintjob.

Is your car damaged at all? If it is the insurance company will fix everything for you. Call your agent and he/she'll file a claim for you, within a week the claim department will call you to set up an appointment with you to check the damage on your car, have an estimate ready for the adjuster. Again, I would highly recommend you to go to a shop you know so you get some goodies.
