well it depends whether u want to spend $3000+ on brembo or $600+ on stock

unless you are doing some hardcore driving then i'd say go with stock. pointless to me paying that much just for the name

You can also upgrade to brembo factory replacement rotors. This will add some aesthetic appeal to your car and wheels. Its not too expenssive, check at evosport, they have all the specs and prices. I believe they have cross drilled and slotted rotors.... i would go for the cross drilled

Does the cross drilled rotors works with MB brake pads? Is it going to wear the pads faster?

Yes, they work with factory pads. In fact, there aren't any aftermarket pads that I recommend for the MB. They will probably wear your pads marginally faster, but I haven't seen any difference noticable to mention.

Ben,
There are no after market brake pads that you would recommend? I was hoping that one of the after market brands would have less brake dust. Like Performance Friction, Hawk, or any of the others.

The problem is, only a few companies actually make performance pads for the Mercedes. The low-dust pads I've used have all squealed (to the point of it being the deciding factor to buy Brembos). Sometime when you make it down here, I'll let you test out my brakes.

Hey Ben (Mach430), does Brembo make a replacement rotor for the front AMG E55 brakes? If so, how much are they? I noticed that the Evosport website doesn't have a price listed. Thanks

.............I have used the potterfield Kevlar brake pads. It Squeaks, period. No using the anti-squeak paste does not solve the problem. No "braking in" the brake pads does not solve the problem. It may not squeak for a day or two, but it will squeak. Also wet braking is poor. So I agree with Ben, until they make ceramic brake pads for Mb's, the stock Mb brake pads even with the brake dust is really the only reasonable choice.

So Ben,

Would Brembo factory replacement drilled rotors work well with MB factory pads?

FWIW, I'm using the EBC Greenstuff and no squeaking, no unusual rotor wear and absolutely no dust. I like them until I find out they've ruined my rotors!

Yes, but don't buy any rotor as a performance upgrade. If you are looking to upgrade the stopping, you're going to need to go with a Big Brake Kit.
