I have a 2000 clk 430 bought it a few months ago... saw the 222 km/hr clip, how did you get the LCD display to show you the digital readout of your speedometer??? Or was that an option on the clks???

with the donuts all you do is remove the traction control, cut the steering wheel hard to one side and punch the gas.

yes, that's the general way of doing it... you could also start with big making circles and making them smaller at each time until traction is lost and you start spinning .... but the problem with our cars that there is no Limited Slip so one wheels burns and the other drags along ...

I must have a special 2002 CLK55.. I did a nice little burn-out today and got about 15ft of equal length 10" black stripes. With traction control off and a little bit of power brake.
