A few Pics of the CLK

I haven't posted pics in a long while of the car and I don't drive it much, but have been the last couple of weeks. Had her cleaned up real nice and took a couple of shots. I did catch a few bugs on the grill which I didn't think they would show up but they did. Oh well...

Nothing major, but it has settled down since the drop a few months ago; I painted my grill black and put Lorinser buttons on the front and the back. I figured I was worthy of the buttons since I at least have Lorinser wheels so...it's not like a threw an AMG emblem on it.

It sets EXACTLY how I wanted it to: slightly lower in the front by a few mm.

It looks GREAT!!!

I painted my grill as well but went with a satin black finish. Give us some specs on the wheels and drop?

Now that I look at the grill from time-to-time, I wish I would have painted it satin/flat black too. I think it would accent the tires more and not look so blingy.

My wheels are 18" Lorinser RS1. 225s in the front, 275s in the rear. Vogtland springs and Bilstein shocks; #1 pads in the front, #4 pads in the back (I have four 12" subs in the trunk).

How wide are your rims? Also what profile are your tires? Im thinking of getting some rims on my CLK55 and am debating on 18's or 19's. Thanks!

Very clean. Love the wheels.

I'm also wondering the width of the wheels and profile of the tires...40f? 35r?

No, they're stock. The lighting at the time didn't pick them up from the angle of the picture.
