Gas Mileage

I am in the market for a CLK soon and not sure what model I want yet. I just wanted to ask the 320 and 430 owners how many miles they get on a tank. MPG is fine too.

I usually get 19mpg for CLK 430. But you could easily get 20 or 21 if you don't drive too hard though :-)

2001 MB CLK55
You didn't ask about a 55, but here goes anyway (MY01 CLK55):

Best tank to date: 24.8 mpg on a 240 mile all freeway trip, ~ 70mph average speed.

Worst partial tank to date: 9.6 mpg on a 45 minute mountain run - took two weeks to erase the smile

Typical: 20-21 mpg highway, driven aahhemm - "somewhat" aggressively; 14 mpg in town.

CLK 320
With full tank I can go up to 270 miles, 50hw/50city. I've CLK 320. Are the tank size between 430 and 320 the same?

The 55 isn't supercharged... unless it has a Kleemann on it. I was getting about 9- 13 mpg before ths round of tuning, but I was running my car pretty hard. I ran out of gas once. My wife brought me a gallon. I ran out of gas again before I could reach the next gas station.... my wife was not amused.

6.2 liter supercharged V-8..... not a whole lot. I have to imagine that under aggressive driving conditions I'll get about 6 or 7 mpg.
