Thinking about tinting my windows.
I have a silver clk320. ANyone have any pics they can post of a silver clk with tinted windows? Please post. Also, tell me what percentage of tint you used. My car is just too damn hot in Florida. At the same time, I love the look with no tint in a silver car. I dont want to ruin the look. Any suggestions on the tint?

DO it! I dont have a pic of a silver CLK, but here is my SL in silver.
I dont know the exact percentages, but my tint guy knows it standard for me and is close to "dark" on the rears, "medium" on the fronts.
I think it will make the silver paint come out as well, well tint does that for most cars and makes it look much sleeker..

IS TINTING ON A BLACK CLK JUST TOO 'GANGSTER'?

I would post a pic of my car ,but cant figure out how to do it on here LOL. I have an SL 55 and the tint is ,lets say "tasteful" . I wasnt going to tint it so dark that it would cause me issues. These cars get enough attention, would rather stay away from the LEO attention if you know what I mean.

CLK55 / E350 Coupe
Check out ceramic tint. You can get like 50% tint which is very light and it still has the protection of limo tint. Throughout the range of opacity its the same sun protection, unlike metallic depends on level of tint. Its good stuff it never fades, no glare, at all and usually carries a much longer warrenty + high price like 500 ish for install. Worth if in my books if you wanna save your interior and a different look. Looks also great when whole car is clean glass shines like a mirror.
Sig below CLK has 15% ceramic tint. Metallic 15% on 190e to the right. You can see the difference.
