WoW 500hp daaaamn @ what PSI?
What performance mods do you have again?
How much is your current hp or how much more hp are you gaining?
Are you trying to blow the doors off the CLK55?

Your welcome, any time. I can also have them made for anyone else that has a v6 320 so let me know if you know someone interested in having one.

I've been disappointed in this forum lately, seems no one is doing any custom work anymore. Most of the posts are how do I fix this or how do I fix that. I miss the custom Mod Challenges people use to post. This post was actually just to see if my assumptions were correct.

lol ya i shud b able to take clk55s no problem...

he said it shud b givin 200+ at 9-10psi (so i need an intercooler and water injection) ...i think 9-10 lb wud probably b pushing it a bit so i dono if i wanna run that much boost lol....prob stick to around 6-8psi for about 120-160hp increases...

and i dont have many performance mods... just the 55 intake with green filters, speedtuningusa ecu tune, and the eisenmann exhaust quaded out with exhaust cutout.... kleeman headers are most likely in the future
maybe at 300hp crank if even...

ahmed...hes gunna tune it for me too to the aem f/ic-8

and yaaa i agree that this forums been dead...havent seen much or been on here much cuz there hasnt been much activity...i got very little feedback on the new look and didnt even bother postin pics of the brembo bbk lol mayb later

I will get my headers made by Mr. G in the very near future. Working out issues with PowerChip to make sure they can custom mod my chip because
I'm sure my new Air INtake, Headers, maybe a MagnaFlow CAT, along with my Super Sprint Resonator, and Super Sprint Muffler changes their parameters.

I'm trying to get a dyno done within the next few weeks to see where I'm at so far.

Now you know I want to see any new mods you are doing.
Show me dem BBKs

What is a Performance Center Section?
When you say Performance Down Piping, you mean you got rid of your CATS?
Is the custom piping to Eisemann muffler the piping from Headers to Muffler?

Most Definitely a Rear Turbo Kit over Supercharger

The center section and down pipe are the two pieces that run from the headers to the muffler that contain the cats. I'm missing some of my cats though...

Yeah, the custom piping runs all the way from the headers to the muffler.

I'm not to sure about the turbo option yet.

Can you list some of the advantages and disadvantages that you are familiar with? I'm looking at doing the rear mount turbo.

Positive displacement supercharger vs. turbo?

Adavantages of turbo over sc: No parasitic loss since turbo is driven by exhaust gases and not a pulley so same airflow should make more power.
Can alter boost without changing hardware, to a certain extent.
Some people like the sound.
In this application, exclusivity

Disadvantages: Boost lag whereas sc is instant (positive displacement)
Possibility of bottoming out and rupturing something with a remote setup.
Tuning and being the first to do something like this has unexpected issues.

Neutral: different power delivery

Theres alot of stuff im leaving out but this is a quick response

Gutted?

I believe what he meant was that he opened up his air box where the filters are installed and within that box you will see small plastic ridges which cause disruptions in the airflow. So to minimize this, he shaved down the ridges so the inside of the airbox is flat and does not have anything which could impede the flow of air into his intake system.

Well me being from Indiana and knowing that the only places you have to worry about anything pop'n off is either in Gary IN area or NapTown (Indianapolis) so you should be good. Also most people I know from the MidWest are good peeps anyways, always down to earth. That's unless of course the guy is a terrorist building car turbo rocket bombs.

I'd say go for it. You would be the first W208 with a remote turbo, or maybe even turbo for that matter. But you better do it soon cause I'm on your tail.
Already researching a place who can do the install here in Japan and just buy the parts. You should see his comments on my intake picture post today.

Also this guy is basically giving away free information where others charge, remember he put together a parts lists for several engines, answered everyone's comments and questions, and not one person on that whole forum has debated him or his theory. I really think he just loves Turbos like some sort of Fetish. lol I think he can be trusted. You may want to do some type of written contract with him just in case. And if he is willing to come pick it up you can at least meet him and if you're not feeling him then pay for his way back home. I personally think you should do it and if you posted a poll on that forum I'm sure everyone would probably say the same thing. That may not be a bad idea cause then people would know about the project, you can have him posts pictures and updates and others can watch. It will either make him or break him. Maybe this post should have been in an email too you instead. lol

lol ya good points...hes not only givin away the info for free but said he'll perform all the labor for free....and i def realized that no one contested the sht hes said...not one post about it ...and hes only like a 19yr old kid...sum typa genius lol...ive looked up his past posts and everything too...everything seems straight..the haul is what im most worried about i think....and i gotta get the money to start which is delaying it a bit too.......he said he'd need the car for a week and my vacation time from work will already be gone by then so i cant stay for it....i told him i can do a 3 day weekend but he said itd be tough so transporting it there is probably the only option....
