Buying Halo Projectors...need a little help

So I plan on buying some black halo projector headlights for my 00' CLK430.

Is it easier to just buy an HID kit as well?

Whats a list of parts i need to do this install completely? Im sitting in Iraq on a deployment and Id like to get all the purchases out of the way so I can get to work right when I get home.

Thank you for any help

It is a good decision but I think, if you will buy Bi-xenon headlights then is look much better.

All you will need are the projectors and the HID kit. It will be very easy to do it yourself as well. It will be an easy plug and play.

It will be a hug mod to make those work and then you end up with ruined Stocks that could have been sold on Ebay.

I suggest buying the Halos plus the HID kit and hooking those up (MUCH EASIER) and then either sell the stock Xenons (and recover mosyt of the money sprent on the upgrade) on Ebay or hold onto them just in case you want to change to stocks if you ever sell the car.

I dont think that the HALO projectors are any different than the cheese grater projectors I bought for my car. (Halo guys, please correct me if I am wrong)

The both use the H7 sockets so pretty much any decent HID kit will work as long as it has that H7 socket connection. Personally I went with a 65 dollar kit that was CHEAPLY PRICED, High Quality and after 6-9 months its still going strong and BRIGHT (5,000K light) and was easy to set-up. I cant remember the name right now but if you do a search for 60 or 65 dollar HID I am sure that you will find his name and my recommendation for his site. (Rick???) He also carries a lifetime warranty so if anything goes wrong ie BULB, BALLAST he will just replace it at no cost.
