2000 CLK 430 Cab w/Ash/Dark ash leather and Ash top : all options
Talking

I was talking to a friend who restores old M-B's as a profession, and he turned me on to a product that I've been using since my Cab was new in '2000 and I've had great results with it!! If it's used for restoring old leather, it does a wonderful job of keeping your "new" leather in fantastic shape too! He uses it on his wife's saddles too; she shows Arabians.

Check 'em out at <www.leatherique.com> great product and service.

Lexol makes a good cleaner and conditioner. I think you can get it at Advance and Pep Boys. I use that most of the time an occasionally use Connoly Hide Food. I don't quite remember the spelling of Connoly.

I've been using Leatherique for about 7 years and it's easily the best leather product I've found. It requires a little extra work and some hot sun, bit nothing else compares. I use Lexol when the temperature isn't right.

I simply use the Pristine Clean to prep the leather then use the Rejuvenator oil to keep it looking good and smelling great!

You'll like the results!

You are supposed to use OIL first then CLEANER!

Yes , the oil causes the dirt to come to the surface and then the cleaner removes it.

Gotta say, not a fan of the Lexol. I know, everyone's used it since I was in diapers, but I have never liked it. I don't like the sticky residue it leaves behind and then almost the drying effect after. Nope..don't like...

FYI, I won't use Mother's stuff either. Been detailing cars for 30 years, and Mother's is dead to me...sorry.
