Magnaflow is the cheapest route by far for sure, the only downside to magnaflow is DRONE (and lots of it). So if you go that route you will most probably need to get an additional magnaflow resonator as well to really get good sound quality (just a suggestion).
Again, yet another reason why you should just pick up a stock CLK55 one, use they are pretty cheap, assuming you can find one.

Magnaflow will have minimum drone on a stock system, and even on a modified system its not that bad. Ask me how I know... Adding a resonator kinda defeats the purpose of changing out the muffler, but again, that's just me.

i understand your points and views but i think it will be better than what i have on the car at the moment let me do it first might not fit.
