driver seat problem

hey everyone, i have a problem and i'm hoping someone can help me out. so here it goes. when i'm sitting on the seat i can't do any adjustments but as soon as i get up i can use all the adjustments, is theer a weight sensor or something. also everytime i hit a bump or something or i put pressure on the back rest piece i hear the noise that the seat makes after you droped the side handle and it has lock itself in place, i know the noise is from the motor that is back there that locks the seat in after you droped the side handle after letting someone in the back seat. any help would be fantastic.

it almost sounds like when weight is put on the seat, its causing some type of a break in the electrical that wont let you move the seat. I could be completely wrong but idk what else would explain this. Try removing the seat and taking a look under. Its really easy to take out, only 4 bolts holding it down. Just check to see if maybe there are wires not completely plugged in or something.

well it was worth a shot... if it was just 1 id say weak motor but all three!! Thats just plain weird. Would be a PIA but you could try swapping controllers to see if the problem moves driver to pass??
