where to buy MAss Ari Flow Sensor?
just as the title says.. where can i get one and what brand do you recommend?

You want an OE Bosch unit. Best places (pricewise) are autohausaz or germanstar. Autohaus has insert (sensor) and germanstar has insert and duct piece combined. Avoid Bosch units on eBay as they are cheap but not the right ones. ECU must 'see' the exact voltage profile it's expecting or it won't work.

the link is to an AMG55 sensor. Is it the same for a 430?

I but mine recently at kragen auto parts make sure it's Bosch
