removal help please

anyone know how i can remove this? i need to get it of to get it painted! :P

there is a rubber molding that goes between that piece and the window, lift that on the bottom where it meets the fender and you will see a philps screw, take off that scree and then put the palm of your hand on the piece itself and push upwards and righ there it comes off. the reason why you need to push up on it is because there are 4 black round plastic clips that hold it on the A pillar of the body. once taken out there is a rubber seal that you need to remove and its ready to go to paint. just make sure you dont yank on the rubber seal there is a railing that the seals edge goes into and you need to slowly pull it out of that railing. after paint repeat the same process in reverse order. hope this heleped.
